About Me

Everyone’s life is shaped by their experience and their upbringing. This determine how we see the world. After graduating high school, I joined the military to serve our country and discover my path. I know the honor and pride that comes with wearing a uniform. I’m also familiar with the challenges that come with that lifestyle and career choice. These include:

▪         Frequent relocations. ▪         Changing jobs and friends every few years

▪         Missing important events. ▪         Sacrifice

▪         Dealing with multiple tragedies – losing family members and colleagues.

Wearing the uniform means placing yourself in the midst of ongoing adversity and danger. It’s agreeing to put yourself on the line to serve our nation and communities. No matter what uniform you wear – law enforcement, nurses, military, EMTs, firefighters and even mental health professionals and teachers – you’re constantly on the front line witnessing the casualties of life.

Professionally, I have had a successful career that advanced quickly, but I had difficulty managing relationships and stress. I set out to understand how people could have both personal and professional success. This lead me to my current career path counseling and coaching professionals who have difficulty creating success in their personal life, working through life’s challenges and dealing with compassion fatigue. I have over 10 years of experience in the profession and want to help you on your healing journey.
